I have been helping people in education and mental health settings for over 20 years. My decision to pursue a graduate degree in professional counseling came after volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) in Paulding County for five years and serving in a local Celebrate Recovery program. I have experience in higher education, community mental health/substance abuse treatment, and a K3-12 private school. I worked at Dallas Family Counseling for several years before starting my private practice in 2023.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of GA. I specialize in trauma (particularly complex trauma) and use several different modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Polyvagal Theory.
