I have been helping people in education and mental health settings for over 20 years. My decision to pursue a graduate degree in professional counseling came after volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) in Paulding County for five years and serving in a local Celebrate Recovery program. I have experience in higher education, community mental health/substance abuse treatment, and a K3-12 private school. I worked at Dallas Family Counseling for several years before starting my private practice in 2023.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of GA. I specialize in trauma (particularly complex trauma) and use several different modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Polyvagal Theory. You can learn more about these approaches by clicking on my Resources page:
Below you will find pictures of me and my office space. I primarily work with adults who have experienced trauma and will sometimes work with teenagers.
