Fees & Appointment Information
Self-Pay
I do not accept insurance. My self-pay rate is $100 per 50-minute session although I often spend closer to an hour with my clients.
If you are a word of mouth referral, please mention that to me when you reach out.
A credit card will be stored on file for all clients. FSA and HSA cards may be used for payment. Check and cash are also acceptable forms of payment.
Cancellations
Clients who cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the session. I often have clients waiting to take these appointments if given enough advance notice.
Scheduling Appointments
My preferred scheduling method is to meet clients consistently with the same day/same time. Most of my clients have biweekly sessions (ex: every other Tuesday at 10am). The appointment is ongoing unless there is a cancellation or the client decides to end therapy or take a break.
